LAN Invites Maxima to Support National Future Learning Forum 2024
Maxima Impact Consulting participated in the National Future Learning Forum (NFLF) 2024 event organized by the State Administration Institute (LAN) in Jakarta. On this occasion, the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (MENPAN-RB), Rini Widyantini, visited Maxima’s booth, which introduced various innovative solutions in building positive transformation – such as effective, strategic and sustainable learning ecosystems – in Indonesia.

During her visit, Minister Rini Widyantini supported Learning Transformation among ASNs. She said that collaboration between government agencies, civil society organizations, and the private sector is essential to create a more integrated and innovative learning system.
LAN RI: Synergize Collaboration in National Future Learning Forum 2024
The NFLF event presented 400 participants representing enablers, providers, and users from various agencies and ASN competency development institutions at ASN Corporate University, Jakarta, (18/11). This meeting aims to synergize various solutions to answer the big challenges in improving the quality and competence of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Indonesia. LAN, led by Plt. Head of LAN Muhammad Taufiq, expressed the importance of building a learning ecosystem that can strengthen ASN performance and improve the nation’s competitiveness.

Minister of PAN-RB: Support the Learning Ecosystem!
On the other hand, Minister Rini also emphasized that the main challenge faced in building an effective learning ecosystem is how to involve various stakeholders to work together in creating learning that is relevant and has a direct impact on ASN performance.
