Langkah Strategis Maxima Dukung TBIG Ciptakan Generasi Pemimpin Inovator

Maxima Impact Consulting supports the implementation of TBIG Next Gen: Lead the Future, a leadership and problem-solving capacity building program implemented by Tower Bersama Group (TBIG) from July to October 2024. The program aims to create innovator leaders through the development of participants’ skills in facing the challenges of the world of work by applying innovative and sustainable approaches.

Innovative Program Stages

The program consists of five main phases, starting with workshops on Adaptability Skills and Design Thinking in July. Furthermore, participants follow an implementation phase and check-in with experts to ensure that their proposed solutions are relevant and effective. Next, they entered the prototyping and testing phase, as well as the final Leadership Training and Idea War sessions, which prepared them to lead with stronger communication and adaptive leadership skills.

These phases were based on TBIG’s needs analysis to provide leaders who can adapt quickly and solve problems with innovative approaches. Maxima Impact Consulting’s three key interventions were as follows:

1. Integration of Design Thinking in Real Problem Solving

One of Maxima’s main interventions is the application of Design Thinking as the main framework to solve real problems faced by participants. In the Design Thinking workshop led by Ivan Ahda, CEO of Maxima Impact Consulting, participants were invited to practice each stage-from empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. In the process, not only reviewing the theory, but inviting directly identify problems that exist in their company. This approach gives participants the opportunity to hone their creative and analytical skills, while equipping them with practical tools to develop solutions that can be implemented immediately.

2. Continuous Mentoring with Facilitators and Experts

Maxima implements an in-depth and continuous mentoring system throughout the program. After the workshop sessions, participants not only receive theory, but also get hands-on guidance from experienced facilitators. The mentoring is done in two phases: after the Design Thinking workshop, participants work in groups to further develop their solutions, with facilitators providing strategic direction and helping them overcome any obstacles that arise.

The Check-in with Experts phase is also one of the interventions that focuses on direct evaluation and feedback from experts to ensure that participants’ innovation projects are on track. It provides an opportunity for participants to refine and perfect their ideas with constructive feedback.

3. Development of Adaptive Leadership, Effective Communication and Critical Thinking Skills

In the final stage of the program, the Leadership Training and Idea War workshops, Maxima introduces managerial skills that are needed for adaptive leadership and effective communication. These sessions not only teach theoretical skills but also hone participants’ ability to lead teams more effectively in situations of uncertainty and change. The presenters involved in this session, Ivan Ahda and Dinar Ahadi and Ivandhana Associate Trainer Maxima Impact, guided participants in developing critical thinking skills, clear communication, and the ability to provide constructive criticism and suggestions.

4. Focus on Practical Innovation and Real-World Application

One of the things that Maxima has always applied is the practical approach in every training session. Each participant is encouraged to work with real problems that they face at work or in their business context. This case study-based approach allows them to connect theory with practice, as well as see first-hand the impact of their proposed solutions.

5. Improving Leadership and Execution Competencies

Maxima also focuses on developing leadership and execution competencies that are crucial in the dynamic world of work. Through this program, participants are not only trained to be adaptable leaders, but are also prepared to lead the execution of strategies with real impact.

TBIG’s New Initiative to Bring in Innovator Leaders

With interventions that have been designed jointly by Maxima Impact Consulting and TBIG, it is hoped that this training will be an opportunity for participants to push their potential further to become innovator leaders.

In his presentation, Ivan Ahda, CEO of Maxima Impact Consulting stated “The process of problem solving using design thinking can provide very useful insights for participants to create solutions that are not only innovative, but can also be directly applied in the field. We are very proud to be able to support this program with our knowledge and skills.”
